Worst Hotel Service by Cancelling advance booking done by us on 3 Feb to stay at Shirdi on 18 to 20 April 2019. We reached Shirdi on 18th April 2019 morning and were shocked to hear a rude denial of our rooms by the reception incharge just because the hotel had a marriage and wanted to earn from cancelling our advance bookings done. Reception incharge was also not bothered and just informed us to call OYO and not to deal with them. I called OYO customer care 3 times to get a solution and they just mentioned to move to alternate property "OYO 16510 Geetanjali Regency" which I had to agree with no options as I had 2 elderly parents and kid as well who were really tired from journey and we also had to get ready and rush for Shirdi Dharshan which we booked through online. The rates for hotel also differs but no solution on that. This hotel does not have any respect for advance bookings done. Would have given 0 ratings if available. I would give a complaint with consumer forum as well for their denial to give room for customer who had a confirmed bookings in advance. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was very friendly and response time is good. I could not try the lunch or dinner , but breakfast was good, 1km away from temple on main road we stayed here for one night, booking wad done through oyo. Room was clean, small in size. There was separate toilet and wash room. Parking available free for guests, which is good.

Worst food..... not worth at all even server was arrogant.... bad behaviour... sandwich was not good he gave just one slice of tomato and cucumber between each bread... tomato soup was worst he just added flavour, cream and too much of sugar in it....

Good location, helpful staff. Little expensive food. Limited option for lunch and dinner as there is no meals. No complimentary water or breakfast. Easy access to temple and bus stand. A good alternative option for accommodation if you are not getting via sai sansthan.

Stayed there with family during our Shirdi tour. It's an OK hotel, somewhat clean and close to temple...on the mail road itself. Toilets need maintenance and repairs. attached restaurant is OK. All in all- value for money !
